SOPHISTICATED COMPOUNDING PLANT FOR ENZYMES AND BAKING INGREDIENTS
In the production of our enzyme systems and baking improvers we leave nothing to chance. We supply both powdered and liquid products and have a total capacity of 40,000 tonnes of ingredients. The high technical standard of our extensive blending equipment and the fluid bed processor makes it one of the most advanced compounding plants in Europe. And that is also the prerequisite for manufacturing customized, tailor-made baking ingredients on a large scale.
With our comprehensive and efficient quality management system we offer our customers the highest possible level of product safety and optimum service. The modern QM systems guarantee an unbroken line of documentation, monitoring and control of all production and customer-related processes. We ensure compliance with the increasingly stringent safety and quality requirements for food with the internationally recognized standard FSSC (Food Safety System Certification). We also meet the requirements of allergen management and kosher, halal and organic production. But high as our quality standards are already, we make constant efforts to improve them.
